    Time System

    Clock in and out, view timesheets, view time off balances and request time off.  Managers can view, edit and approve timesheets and time off requests for their team, view their available balances, and run department reports.

    Online access to your current and historical pay stubs and W2 forms. You have the ability to view and print each of these items when you need them.

    Dear Employees,

    Here’s what to expect regarding your 2020 W-2 forms and the methods that are available to you!

    You will receive a paper copy of your W-2 form no later than January 31, 2021. In order to prevent potential tax errors due to life changes throughout the year or the loss of W-2 forms due to incorrect addresses, we highly encourage you to log on to the Online Pay Stub portal and verify that your information is correct, no later than December 1st, 2020. If you have never logged on to view your online pay statements, and need our assistance, please call us at 864-451-7809 and we will be happy to assist you.

    In addition to a mailed paper copy, we also offer the option to view W2’s online, if elected. Instructions on how to enroll in online viewing are below. We encourage you to enroll in this. Electronic copies of your W2 will be available for viewing in February, 2021. Please be sure to follow the below steps and enroll no later than January 15, 2021!

    How to Enroll in Online W-2 Viewing:

    1. In a web browser, navigate to www.innovatehr.com/login-portal and log into the Online Pay Stub portal via the pink box.

    2. Log into your account with your username and password.

    3. Select “Employee”.

    4. Click “Go to Your Online Tax Form Enrollment” at the bottom of the screen.

    5. Click the orange slider button. A screen displays with disclosure information.

    6. Read the disclosure document. At the bottom of the document is a checkbox that indicates whether you agree to the terms.

    7. Check the checkbox if you agree to the terms. You must agree to the terms to take advantage of the Online Tax Forms feature.

    8. Check the “I can view PDF files” checkbox if you are able to view them. If you are unsure, you can download a sample PDF document.

    9. Click “OK”.
