What I love about working here:

I have the honor and privilege to work with an incredibly talented HR team. We are all so different but our passion is the same- we love serving others and supporting each other. Every day is different, challenging, and exciting! Helping people has always been my passion and is what drives me- I love what I do, who I do it with, and who I have the opportunity to serve everyday- our clients!

One of the things I love about the HR field in general is that it’s constantly changing. From technology, employee relations, client expectations, compliance, healthcare…and so much more. The world changes and we adapt, we research- we keep our clients up to date and in the know, so that we can walk through whatever change takes place, together. I love that our business is taking care our clients and their people. Because without people, you can’t run a business. Each day I get a chance to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients from all over the country. I get the chance to learn new things from each and every one of them. We are an active part of their Team and work together to make a positive impact on the world around us.

My favorite client moment:

I love connecting our clients with great partners. One of our new clients were frustrated with the current employee benefit plans. The costs were not affordable for their employees which drove their participation rate down. They were struggling with high turnover and needed a creative benefits design to combat that. Because we have so many relationships with Insurance Agencies, we were able to partner with one of them to champion this cause for our client. When the new Agent came back with the new plan options, I could literally see the excitement in their eyes and hear it in their voices. I was thrilled to be part of a decision that made a positive impact on both the client and their employees. It was a win/win!
