The YWCA of Greenville is an organization committed to eliminating racism and empowering women. As most non-profits can attest, their funding did not support a full-time HR Director, so instead of maintaining the function in-house, they engaged services with Innovate HR.
Since 2009, Innovate HR has played an active role in the agency’s mission by managing their HR needs. Innovate HR has implemented a new time management system and provided greater efficiency through payroll technology and benefits administration. These efficiencies have led to reduced expenses, increased employee morale and provided infrastructure during times of change.
