What I Love About Working Here:
Human Resources is a very fluid, fast-changing field. This means that no two days at InnovateHR will ever look the same, which keeps me continuously curious and determined to discover what’s around the next corner. Combine that with our incredible team and organizational culture, and you can truly see why we do what we do. You’d be amazed at how much this team accomplishes for clients and employees on a daily basis.
My Favorite Client Moment:
My favorite client moments always happen during face-to-face meetings. In an increasingly virtual world, finding opportunities to have face-to-face check ins can really make all the difference in terms of maintaining that relationship and connecting with each other as real people.
My Favorite Moment:
My favorite moment was when I began working with a client that had been experiencing frustrations surrounding their new hire onboarding process. I took the feedback I was receiving from the different department managers and then worked with them to find ways to simplify that onboarding process. My biggest takeaway? Many problems can be solved by streamlining communication. Keep things simple, clear, and most importantly, always relate it back to the people. Onboarding is an employee’s first experience with a new organization. We want to put ourselves in their shoes to ensure they have the tools they need to be successful in their new role, which in turn means success for the client.
