What I Love About Working Here:
I love using my HR knowledge to support our clients, develop our team and feel valued when doing so. I love the positive impact we have on our clients’ employees and workforce. I love our team culture and the people that I work with day to day. I truly love everything I work on and I’m incredibly proud of the work we accomplish!
My Favorite Client Moment:
That positive feeling when you end a call, and everyone is on the same page and ready to take the next steps on a project. A specific moment was while discussing what success looks like during leadership training. I was impressed by the responses and involvement in discussion that the managers contributed, which set the stage for the next steps. These client moments are what motivates me.
My Favorite Moment:
My favorite moments are finishing a successful training, whether it’s for our internal team, client specific, or overall HR update. I love developing and facilitating discussion and seeing the “light bulb” go off.
